We are looking for a .NET Team Lead to drive a diverse and energetic team forward, in a professional and mature business environment. The role includes development responsibilities on the project, along with coordinating an existing team.

Your role within the team:

✓ Collaborate with product and technical management to completely understand desired deliverables;

✓ Proactively engage issues and communicate smart solutions to the team and also product stakeholders;

✓ Coordinate the activities of the team members and clarify technical details whenever necessary;

✓ Manage timelines and resources within the RIA Solutions Group software development lifecycle;

✓ Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle;

✓ Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team;

✓ Work in a great Agile team making sure the software complies with our high internal quality standards;

✓ Innovation of existing infrastructure using new technologies;

Your skills:

✓ Degree in Computer Science or another technical/scientific field;

✓ Experience in software engineering;

✓ Minimum 1-year experience in team coordination;

✓ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;

✓ Good knowledge of Asp .Net Framework/Core, MVC/WebForms, C#/VB, ASP, Vue.js, Telerik, JQuery, ADO.NET/EF, SQL Server, SSRS;

✓ Experience with Jira/Confluence, Git, Appveyour, Postman;

✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
