Currently we are looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager, for a company from the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly the Area financial cycle in line with the regional review and manage the SEE KPIs as per expectations;
- Drive and organize the activities related to the Strategic and Budgeting cycle;
- Deliver accurate financial information, analysis of variances and financial modelling to accurately reflect the impact of proposed strategies on the operating results of the business and to support informed business decisions;
- Drive insights and interpretation of overall business performance ;
- Proactively identify Area key business risks, controls and sensitivities Cash flow forecasting and working capital management;
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management and initiatives of improvement across all Area markets;
- Provide insights to reduce the cost base across all Area markets;
- Actively drive simplification within the Area Finance through reporting standardization, automation, challenging inefficient processes, and migration of transactional activities to the shared service;
- Ensure Business Partnering and Support for the Marketing Team , LEX, HR, and End-Markets Head of Finance.
CORE RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
- Finance Business partners &specialist finance teams- collaborate to provide end to end finance delivery for regions / areas / end markets;
- Finance Shared Services Centre - Collaborate closely with Finance Shared Service centers to provide high quality, timely management information to the business;
- Business unit leaders –credible and strong working relationship. Leads and/or contributes to agreed governance forums and processes.
External
- External service providers (e.g. banking, payroll etc) – maintain high level supplier relationships;
- Government / regulatory bodies / External Auditors– maintaining on-going relationship and dialogue.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
- Degree educated with professional accountancy qualification (i.e CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA);
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment ;
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders;
- A sound knowledge of Corporate reporting systems;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence;
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
