Area Senior Commercial Manager

▪ Senior Technical Headhunting

Currently we are looking for a Area Senior Commercial Manager, for a company from the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities:

• Drive P&E / RGM processes across the Area to support value creation by developing robust pricing& promotion and customer investment strategies;
• Steer holistic, cross-category & cross-market resource allocation aimed at maximizing returns;
• Manage competitors review process and embedding the insights into relevant pricing and investment discussions;
• Provide inputs and coordinate Area Strategic Leadership Agenda reviews;
• Ensure inputs for monthly cycle meetings are provided timely and aligned across Area/Functions;
• Ensure relevant internal governance requirements are followed in line with delegated authorities;
• Leverage analytical tools improving effectiveness and efficiency;
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams across the Area, end markets and the Region;
• Act as coach / mentor for junior team members, participate in hiring talented employees.

Experience, skills and knowledge:

• 7+ years of experience in finance / pricing & promotions management;
• Managerial experience in Revenue Management and/or Commercial Finance;
• Experience in a global / regional organization with a dynamic operating environment;
• Commercially focused and consumer centric;
• Data and insights driven;
• Excellent analytical and strategic framing skills;
• Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
