Job Description:

Wyser Romania is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist, for one of our partners, an IT solutions integrator and a global leader in digital transformation.

The new colleague will have the following assignments:

  • To be the interface between the IT Country BPs and Management (for delegated countries) & the service Provider
  • Schedule & facilitate weekly demand and project reviews with IT country BPs/management to provide regular updates or demand progress, risk, issue and opportunities
  • To Provide information with how the Nearshore service is performing and on going activities
  • Delivery of KPI reporting to EU management on a monthly basis. Reporting on Nearshore service and other factors such as reports on escalation, reports on demands and time to deliver, status of projects or open demands (reports to be defined & agreed with the new team as part of onboarding)
  • To provide IT Country Business Partner with reporting

Expectation of the requested Skills :

  • High level proficiency in Office365, SharePoint, PowerApps &Tableau e.g. SharePoint app creating with Workflows - High
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Medium
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of Scrum/Agile Methodology - Medium
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of coordinating & Facilitating IT infrastructure deployments - High
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of coordinating Application deployment(s) - High
  • Relationship Management with Multiple Stakeholder - High
  • Project Coordination - High
  • Business Analysis -Gather, define & document business requirements - High
  • Acting as a team leader, coaching other team members & ensuring workload is managed appropriately - Medium
