Wyser Romania is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Romania (remote).

Our client is a technological company that applies innovative fastening solutions to sectors such as construction, automotive, renewable energies, electrical household appliances and others, providing its’ customers with long-term value.
Today, the company has productive plants in three different continents and the number of employees has grew up to 450 worldwide. Our client has an extensive commercial network made up of nine subsidiaries and numerous distributors and authorized concessionaires. With customers in more than 60 countries, the company is a brand of reference in the markets where it operates.

Your Responsibilities:
•     You will be the Sales/Channel representative for Romania;
•     You should drive the entire sales cycle in your territory - from initial customer engagement to closed sales (hunting);
•     You should also cultivate strong and long-term relationships with the customers (farming);
•     You should develop and maintain Territory Plans, which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis, as well as, Key Account Plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value to the main stakeholders of clients;
•     You should develop high level account relationships (including, but not only C-level) and serve as a trusted consultant to customers;
•     The industries of focus are mainly Industrial Manufacturing, Light Engineering, Construction and Automotive, but are not limited to those.

Position requirements:
•     A University degree in the areas of Economics, Business, Engineering or other relevant areas is a plus, but not a condition;
•     5+ years of Sales experience in the B2B market with a proven track record of success;
•     Experience in the fastening and rivet industries is a big plus;
•     Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the top management and the owners of customers and partners;
•     Ability to develop strategies of penetrating and selling to large entities;
•     Ability to work independently; a self-motivator;
•     Native Romanian language and decent English are necessary. Fluent Hungarian language is required too. Spanish as well as other Eastern European languages are a plus;
•     Willingness to travel extensively within Romania and Hungary, occasionally to Spain;
•     Willingness to work on a collaboration contract (PFA or SRL).
