We are expanding our team and we are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Consultant, to join the business and contribute to its success.

 Your job will involve:
•     Develop a recruitment strategy together with the Business Unit Manager
•      Work direct with different clients or industries /offer / implement customized employment solutions or campaign for both the recruitment area and development area (Assessment, Market Mapping or Outplacement);
•     Promotes, develops and implements Employer candidates sourcing campaigns for clients;
•      Work close with candidate and with client with the purpose of identifying the competencies and establishing a realist match Candidate-Client based on sustainable values and motivations shared for a long time;
•     Attend business meetings and promote Wyser image and business model.

PROFILE:

•     Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and native sales skills;
•     Min. 3 years of experience in recruiting for different industries, coming from a recruitment agency or experience on projects and volume positions;
•     Very good level of English; the fluency in other language will be a real asset;
•     Ability to work with different clients, offer and implement customized solutions for both the recruitment area and development area (Assessment, Market Mapping or Outplacement);
•     Knowledge of the human resources market and of the modern networking or branding solutions for candidates;
•     Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•     Excellent customer focus, negotiation skills and a very good team player;
•     Proficiency in navigating the internet for researching the talent market to find relevant audiences;
•     Orientation towards the result and offering solutions;
•     Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
