For our important client, one of the largest cosmetics companies in the beauty industry, we are looking for a Sales Incentives Manager

- B.A. / B.S. in economics, mathematics, statistics or similar
- Min. 3 years of experience in data science / analytics
- Leadership skills - directly leads a medium-sized team of specialists
- KNIME expertise required / SQL skills / Power BI
- Must possess excellent numerical and analytical skills combined with big picture strategic thinking
- Driving license
- Fluency in English as must
- Good understanding of direct selling business models is required
- He/she should identify long-term and short-term risks related to results as well as implement activities to control the risks.
- Interacts and aligns with different functions and high level management (e.g. GMs)
- Position has a direct impact and core responsibility for Sales Performance and KPIs of the country

Position Summary

*Drives sustainable & profitable business growth for Avon SEE by:
*Supporting Long term programs design and Quarterly Integrated Sales – Marketing Planning process by providing Business case calculations and post-evaluations for Field (Reps,SL,AM,DM) incentives
*Managing the budgets for the programs & incentivesLeading implementation of connected business initiatives (such as strategic projects and initiatives).

- Supports quarterly sales marketing synergy (SMS) process by providing Business case calculations and evaluations for Field incentives:
- Develops business cases, analysis and recommendations for any program and initiative in order to make sure that any investment will deliver the maximum pay-back.
- Decides on the qualifiers, timing, level of the prizes, costs and total investment for any incentive or motivational program
- Administrates and balances all the expenses related to field incentives informing finance department about budget execution
- Partner with Reporting team to ensure delivery of interim reports for any competitions in the Field
- Provide status update during the incentives execution
- Deliver integrated quarterly assessment (including ROI analysis) for all the programs and incentives for a better understanding of the business results and as a base for further decisions:
                        * validate final results of each incentive against Business Case expectation
                        * perform deep dive analyses to explain any deviations vs Business Cases
- Manages and develops his/her team for superior performance & performs the rest of administrative tasks
