SENIOR HR SPECIALIST (Recruitment & Training)



Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management
  • Ensures that structure of employees positions are in correspondence with requirements from headquarters
  • Supports the recruitment process together with the manager for who’s department is made the recruitment;
  • Helps to prepare and organize the recruitment, helps to administer the recruitment contracts with agencies, arranges for internal and external personnel advertisement, supports to conduct interviews with candidates for positions, organizes test sessions for candidates,
  • Undertakes administrative duties connected with recruitment process;
  • Administers labor-law issues concerning recruitment, employment and redundancy, co-operates with social security, health insurance and unemployment institutions;
  • Directs staff in counseling management and employees on grievances and other complaints originating from individual work situations or work environments;
  • Updates and improve the orientation package for employees; supervises and assists the new employees during the accommodation process (trial period)
  • Provides advocacy for business unit employees, assisting with issues/grievance resolution, coaching, etc.;
  • Supports investigations and helps administer management in the appropriate resolution of employee relations' issues; works with legal department and document investigation accordingly.
  • Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
  • Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Previous HR experience is an asset.
  • University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written, spoken, read)
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with e-learning platforms.
